First meeting of the Special Advisor to the Global Council

On August 29th, the Special Advisors to the Global Council for Responsible Transition Minerals convened online for their inaugural meeting. The Special Advisors group consists of experts assembled by the Paris Peace Forum to support the Global Council’s mission. Their role is to convene regularly, share information, engage in open dialogue on ongoing initiatives, and provide evidence-based recommendations.

During this first meeting, the Advisors reflected on the key outcomes of the Council’s initial two meetings and offered strategic insights to help guide the Council’s future work.
