Glen Mpufane

Glen Mpufane has 30 years of experience in the mining sector, and is the Director of Mining as well as Director of Occupational Health and Safety at IndustriALL Global Union, which represents 52 million members in 140 countries across the mining, energy and manufacturing sectors. In addition, Mr Mpufane serves as board member and on the executive committee for the Initiative for Responsible Mining and Assurance, the technical advisory committee of the Copper Mark, the advisory council to the Responsible Mining Foundation and the Responsible Mining Index Report, and as a member of the WEF Mining and Metals Future of Work Taskforce.
