Kenewendo, Bogolo Joy is the former Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry of Botswana (2018-2019). As Regionalization Director and Special Advisor to the UN Climate Change High Level Champions, she has worked on initiatives such as the Africa Carbon Market Initiative, the Africa Climate Risk Insurance Facility for Adaptation and the Working Group for Sustainability-linked Sovereign Financing of Nature and Climate. Ms Kenewendo is currently the Managing Director of Kenewendo Advisory, and also has positions as a Non-Executive Director of the Africa Free Trade Area Adjustment Fund Corporation and the Africa Center for Economic Transformation, Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Global Development, and member of the UN Financing for Development group and the WEF Trade Advisory Group.
