Connie Hedegaard

Connie Hedegaard is the former EU Commissioner for Climate Action (2010-2014), where she led negotiations towards the adoption of the EU 2030 Climate and Energy Framework, and was also responsible for the 2050 Roadmap for moving to a low carbon economy. Ms Hedegaard now holds multiple key positions in the environment and development space, including Chair of the OECD Round Table for Sustainable Development, Chair of the Board for the EU Commissions Mission Board on Adaptation to Climate Change, Chair of the Board for the KR Foundation, a Danish climate and sustainability foundation, and Chair of the Board for CONCITO, a green think tank.
